The Japanese company PhotoFast will launch the CR-9200 SSD adapter five weeks later, which can store the resulting capacity of up to eight SD (SDHC) cards. Each has a maximum capacity of 32 GB. Sizes can be freely combined, but it is not appropriate to use cards with different data rates. This would, of course, lead to fluctuations in the resulting writing speed and the disk.

The motherboard of the 2.5-inch SSD adapter is equipped with 128 MB of cache. Such a high “buffer” also allows an unusually high writing speed. The manufacturer udv and 250 MB / s for that and 80 MB / s for writing.

The price of the adapter itself (without cards) will be around 80 euros. Just for comparison: a 128GB SSD will cost about 12,000 K. If you pay 699 K for a 16GB SDHC card, put an SSD with the same capacity for 7,840 K.

The manufacturer promises a speed of 80 MB / s for that and 40 MB / s for writing.

The CR-5400 adapter for MS Pro Duo cards was launched on the market. Holds up to two microSD cards with maximum capacity and 32 GB. With the help of another adapter (see picture) it is possible to set up MS cards with a total capacity of 128 GB of handcuffs for the PSP game console from Sony.
