They met before flying to college. Frantiek Reisner, Luk Pohan, Michael Hor became embarrassed and started to do business together. At first in IT projects, but they didn’t enjoy them much. In order to buy a nice one like that, we had to open a shop, Michael smiles, when I ask him what led them to do business. Some time ago, he found a gate where he could put a tablet and things in the wheel. But I only found those tracks over ten thousand crowns or, on the contrary, they were cheap to fulfill my ideas, first to him. So he went to the audience on foreign servers and with him his friend. They discovered the products of a British company. And they fell in love with them so much that they decided to lose sight of the market.
How did you stop?
Michael: We had the idea that in addition to taek, we will also have goods for mue on the e-shop. We spent hundreds of hours looking for a supplier, ie companies that would be willing to talk to them at all.
In the end, we chose the products of firmly small family companies from Great Britain, which sat down in terms of style and final prices. We made the first order to find out what quality it was, to test it and possibly to visit it on our e-shop.
Was it to convince companies to do business with you?
Luk: Practically no one wanted to talk to them from the arrest. We were the owner of an e-shop with an address somewhere in Prague 10. Frantiek: The conditions of the supplier are really hard on the arrest. It pays in advance, the optimal ride does not start to be produced. And behave completely differently when you have a stone shop at a good address. This is then much easier to negotiate.
Did you order in person or by e-mail?
Luk: From the arrest through the internet and over the phone. Today, we deal with some suppliers in person. A few days ago, I was just waking up from London, where I had arranged to put up a shop.
You opened the e-shop a year ago.
Bow: The first orders were in pieces for about thousands of crowns. I had it with me in the collar, as is the case with the rental e-shop bv. It wasn’t nice, but it was possible. Gradually, the assortment expanded, we put more emphasis on what was sold.
You moved a lot first with the stone shop that you opened in the center of Prague in May this year.
Michael: We met that the people wanted to see the products. They just didn’t want to buy furnaces for those three thousand just according to the picture on the internet. And coincidentally, there was a possibility of mt trade in Pnsk passport. It was very important to us, because when we commanded this waist about two years ago, we said to ourselves: We want to shop here once. We also actually went shopping within the shopping center and we immediately opened a shop here.

Luk: I did business because my family has other business projects. If we were to pay finely ourselves, that would be too much. So we put together the companies that can be in the business, and the tidal item married was nicely divided.
How’s business?

I am interested in traditional cosmetics for wet shins, which is still popular with him, and combs, which are also delivered to the British court. Let’s offer leather goods, cases, wallets, bow ties, lapel pockets.
Where did you take your pension? Did you drink?
Frantiek: We have already used each of our own resources and we have given an IT project from the sales, which we have been working on in the past. We avoided the loan or the investor. That’s why we used such specialties as, for example, split them.
How to get along?
Michael: Great. It’s a bit like marriage. We’ve been together for a while, if we can do something else, we’re also just coming. We are not friends from childhood, so we are connected mainly by similar visions, similar myths and life attitudes.
Are you in the store?
Luk: Whoever has it is here. Let’s have a schedule that we dream of following.
How about two customers?
Luk: One marketing channel is the classic internet – let’s use Facebook, Google AdWords, PPC, Sklik… Let’s get the most out of it for free. We always work with bloggers or photographers to whom we lend to photographing our products. It’s great advertising and free.
We are very active ourselves, we address various proposals, and it will either work out or not.

Frantiek: When we have a project in a bike, we dream to start from practice. For example, I had a double bike exhibition, I shaved together and I was there from our portfolio of shins. Luk: We’re all in the second round of master’s studies, and no matter what we do, we don’t. That speaks for itself. For me there is a better bike here, to learn on the go, from practice, not to read books. But of course I would add a bike so rd.
Frantiek: I do not condemn the high wheel as such, although I am very skeptical of the amount of knowledge they provide there. If we’ve used 10 percent of what we’ve enjoyed in business, that’s a lot. I see the main added value of the study in the contacts, which you get in the round.

Frantiek: Let’s make money so we can reinvest. The level of the portfolio is definitely more interesting, not to pay a salary. So as not to starve, I can go somehow hipster.
How full are you in the future?
We specialize in mue. Slightly spread the offer of goods and offer to go better, we will not offer it now, and on a nice website. We saw such processes as order fulfillment, service and communication in the store. We are on the march, we built it from scratch, we did not know anything about retail.
