New employees will be hired mainly by companies from the automotive sector, but also from the field of fast-moving goods and from the manufacturing industry. The area of logistics will grow. Unemployed people, who are now over a million, will have to find employment in the future. And the existing employees get a lot.
It will continue to be the case that technically oriented professions will play on the market, from higher education, such as mechanical and process engineering, design, IT, to technicians with a high school diploma and a certificate.
Traders are and will be very capable, because companies are forced to look for new opportunities and business problems in a competitive environment, says the manager of Randstad’s personnel manager Tom Bergl.
