Since January, the minimum wage has been increased. But this is not the only news for employees and employers. Newly, companies in need can enforce so-called exchange rate work and file a wage bill. One change in the life of a new account for a public service, which the government approved through a presidential veto and long speculation.
1.The day of the wedding
The European Union has issued a bill for a public service (the so-called service bill) from the Czech Republic. The new order is to depoliticize the first administration, and at the moment when the new minister comes to the ministry, there will not be a massive exchange of money, as has been the custom so far. The law regulates the employment of civil servants, their remuneration (to avoid extremely high personal bonuses), the first proportions of employees of the state performing the first administration, the conditions of the council of women and the creation of secret secrets and political positions.
The highest point will be one of the deputies of the Minister of the Interior, who will have the order of the Secretary of State at the individual ministries. The original proposal of a non-partisan superintendent did not pass. The highest will be appointed for six years, there will be only one term of office. Under his secretaries will be in charge of the personnel area of each of the ministries, and they will be appointed for five years. When a minister has two political parties in his department, he will not be covered by the service law, which is one of the foci of the dispute over the customs law.

2.Minimum wage
One of the changes that may affect the employers ‘and their employees’ wallets is the minimum wage level. The basic rate for a set weekly working time of thirty hours is 55 crowns per hour or 9,200 crowns gross per month. The other rules remain unchanged: if the salary does not reach the minimum wage, the employer is obliged to provide the employee with a supplement. Payments for working overtime, both in the world and at night, are not taken into account in the assessment. The minimum wage now corresponds to 33 percent of the average gross wage, taken by about 100,000 employees.
The minimum wage is a guaranteed mutual wage. Since 2007, when it was introduced, it has determined the lowest price of labor, taking into account its nurture and responsibility. The work performed is divided into eight groups.
3.Odstupn
If the employer pays the employee severance pay after January 1, 2015, not as his final account, it is necessary to subject the increased contact both to the personal income tax and to the compulsory payment of social and health insurance.
This change will have a significant impact on the resulting payment, which will be paid to employees, and on that, it will have to be paid by the employer. The employee will receive the same amount, the employer will have to pay more on levies.
4.Short-time work
Inspired by Germany, where the company works, the conciers received a novelty called kurzarbeit. The employer has forced me out of the January arrest in a situation where she gets into financial money, but she does not want to be released.
At that moment, the company has the opportunity to apply for enough support, which will be decided by the government. In the event of approval, the employees would continue to receive seven hundred percent of their current salary, the employer would pay only one-fifth of this fee. The rest would come from the central budget, from pensions reserved for active employment policy. Kurzarbeit me to help companies that got into the sweat, for example, due to anti-virus sanctions.
5.Records of employment contracts and once
The employer is obliged to work in the city with copies of documents proving the existence of the first employment relationship, ie all contracts and payers. One of the two amendments to the Employment Act stipulated that each employee should have an employment contract proving the existence of an employment relationship. This provision has been criticized since the meeting by both employees and employers. Many of them received heavy fines for failure to do so.
If the company employs a foreigner, it is obliged to keep copies of documents proving the legal residence of the employee in the Czech Republic. These documents must be stored for years after the termination of employment.
The employer will have to store the given peppers due to work. The new duties will mainly concern information about work shifts. So far, the employer has registered once alone, now in the book he will once have to record the course and description of the situation and the situation in which it happened. once the bag does not have to report it at any time. From the new point of view, the government promises accurate statistics and better prevention.
For example, diseases caused by sugar cane dust will be excluded from the list of diseases from the permit, they pointed out the inactivity of the register. A new bag will give you ovarian cancer (caused by asbestos) and diseases of the so-called thyroid age, which occur often when you have a strained joint.
6.Checks
The amendment on labor was amended. As of 1 January 2015, the fines for proving violation of the first working regulations by the employer increased.
An example is the equal treatment of all employees with discrimination in the workplace of the employer. Maximum fines and one million crowns.
He fined up to two million crowns, the employer expects in case of non-compliance with the maximum scope of work set for agreements on work performed outside the employment relationship and in case of breach of general obligations in the creation, change and termination of employment.
7.Business trips and meals
Hundreds of thousands of employees use their own car for business trips. The new decree, according to which the compensation for the use of one’s own car is paid, sets the prices per liter of petrol at 35.90 crowns. The relative price of fuel will drop, gasoline can also be bought for 29 crowns per liter. Employees can thus spend a crown on cheap fuel.
There is also a small right for the boarding house, which the employees on business trips have from the end of the year. For each of the time dogs (long business trips), the diet increases by a few crowns. Example: last year the employee received a meal allowance of 67 and 80 crowns for a ten-hour business trip, this year he received 69 and 82 crowns for the same length of service. There is no change in the meal plan for foreign business trips, even though the Ministry of Finance has been proposing to a tin country.
